Are you ready to take full ownership of a global field event strategy for a leading innovator in Master Data Management (MDM)?
We are searching for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to join our team. Our mission is critical: making data management effortless for enterprises, solving complex data quality issues, and enabling strategic business growth. In this high-impact role, you will be the driving force behind our event success. You will leverage your creative excellence, operational precision, and strategic vision to design and execute events that powerfully unite our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, directly fueling our shared pipeline and revenue objectives.
This is a pivotal opportunity, reporting directly to the Head of Global Revenue Marketing. If you possess strong collaboration skills and proven leadership experience, and thrive in a hybrid environment (just 2 days a week in our vibrant Alpharetta office), we want to hear from you!
- Within 3 Months You Will:
- Learn the Basics:
Develop a deep understanding of our company's go-to-market strategy, brand, and event objectives. Learn how field events currently support pipeline creation and account engagement. - Understand Systems and Processes:
Audit existing event programs, vendors, and pre, during and post event processes. Identify immediate opportunities to improve event quality and lead capture. Delivering a "State of Events" in your first 90-days. - Execute Quick wins:
Inserting self into existing event work streams and program plans. Look for areas of opportunity and efficiency gains. Execute your first major field events and prove measurable impact through leads, opportunities, and influenced pipeline. - Integrate and Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Build strong working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams. Learn how each team defines success at events and where collaboration can be strengthened.
- Build the Event Engine:
Design a global unified event strategy and calendar for FY27 that supports pipeline goals, partner initiatives, and customer engagement. Finding creative ways to use AI to automate or augment the planning for pre-event and post-event follow-up. - Operationalize Excellence:
Implement event processes for planning, approvals, budgeting, and pre + post-event reporting. Establish templates and playbooks for repeatable success. - Cross-functional Relationship Building:
Working with Sales, CS and Product teams to develop cross-functional trusted relationships. Galvanize event plans across teams driving excitement and execution of outcomes. - Measure What Matters:
Develop a comprehensive KPI measurement framework and dashboard to track cost per lead, pipeline velocity, and influenced bookings. - Certify our Company Pitch:
Learn and certify our company message in order to run in-person events and speak successfully with prospects at shows.
- Own the Strategy:
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all field events globally. Create integrated event experiences that generate measurable pipeline growth and deepen customer relationships. - Scale Through Process:
Build a scalable operations model that supports growth while maintaining excellence, covering vendor management, event tech, reporting, and internal communications. - Be the Standard:
Inspect what you are expecting. Collaborate with the ABM Manager to establish company events and programming as a market differentiator. Constantly working on raising the bar on what and how we run events. - Mentor and Lead:
Guide internal stakeholders and external partners toward continuous improvement and innovation in event strategy and execution.
- Strategic Driver: You can design and execute a strategy that links events directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: You can manage complex logistics, budgets, and timelines with detail & precision.
