The Business Analyst partners with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support data-driven decision-making. This role helps translate business needs into clear documentation and actionable insights that improve efficiency, performance, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into process flows, specifications, and reports
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, testing, and delivery
- Support projects through documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Assist with change management and user adoption activities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of business analysis or process improvement experience
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau; SQL a plus)
- Ability to work cross-functional with technical and non-technical teams
