Business Development Manager
- Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 24 months of experience in sales, customer service, or business account management
- Contact local businesses and transportation companies to promote fuel and store services
- Acquire and manage commercial accounts for fuel supply and fleet services
- Prepare simple service agreements and pricing offers for business customers
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through follow-up and account support
- Visit customer sites to present services and gather feedback
- Address and resolve routine service issues and account concerns
- Track client activity and update records of sales and service engagements
- Assist management in identifying new business opportunities in the local area
