Responsibilities
- GTM Planning & Operating Rhythm
- Own the Data & AI GTM planning process, including annual planning, quarterly priorities, and in-quarter execution tracking
- Establish and run a consistent GTM cadence (QBRs, MBRs, forecast reviews, pipeline reviews)
- Ensure alignment across Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Presales
- Metrics, KPIs & Performance Management
- Define, implement, and maintain GTM KPIs across the Data & AI business
- Drive accountability through clear metrics and transparent reporting
- Build dashboards and reporting for:
Pipeline creation, coverage, and conversion;
Partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline;
Field activation and asset utilization;
Forecast accuracy and deal velocity
- 10+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
- Experience supporting complex, multi-motion GTM in a SaaS/ISV or Partnership team
- Strong background in pipeline analytics, forecasting, and performance management
- Bachelor's Degree
