Senior Product Manager - CORTRAK Specialty Nutrition Systems, North America

Job . Senior Product Manager – responsible for product portfolio of CORTRAK and CORGRIP, focusing on growth through strategic business and marketing plans. Reports to Sr. Director, Global SNS Marketing.

• Drive net sales, operating profit, and market share growth.
• Full P&L ownership of product portfolios.
• Develop and execute long‑term strategic business and marketing plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, and Finance to forecast demand and improve working capital.
• Support GPO/IDN strategies to grow and maintain the business.
• Evaluate product mix to reduce redundancy and support category objectives.
• Launch new products with branding, pricing, positioning, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop tools and training to improve sales force competency.
• Lead digital marketing and demand generation programs.
• Gather customer insights and establish relationships with industry KOLs and Sales Advisory Boards.
• Communicate with cross‑functional teams to ensure collaboration.
• Seek performance feedback and pursue personal development.

Required

• Hybrid position – onsite in Alpharetta three days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years product management and sales experience in healthcare or regulated industry.
• Travel at least 25 %.
• Manage cross‑functional teams without direct reporting.
• Influence decisions and collaborate successfully.

Preferred

• MBA with marketing or business concentration.
• Experience in digestive health, enteral feeding, or capital equipment.
• Understanding of medical device legal and regulatory pathways.
• Complex project management experience.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Experience in forecasting and demand planning.
• Developed strategic business plans and execution.
• Assessed market and competitive landscape.
• Successful product launch experience.
• Customer perspective insight.
• Advertising and promotion budget management.
• Branding and brand management.
• Multi‑tasking under pressure in fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
