Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service/Sales Representative located in Alpharetta, GA. The individual will manage customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and support clients throughout the vehicle valuation process. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with questions, processing transactions, maintaining detailed records, and managing communication from start to finish. The role also entails identifying potential clients, presenting the company's services, and contributing to sales goals through relationship building.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients.
  • Sales experience, with the ability to identify leads, present services, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
