Data Analyst
The Power BI Analyst is a key member of the Value Creation Team (VCO), supporting the Strategy & Transformation Office. The analyst is responsible for owning and managing the Amplify Now analytics platform, serving as the primary point of contact and super user for all tool-related inquiries. This role delivers high impact data analysis and automated Power BI reporting to support global visibility into performance, progress and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Owns Amplify Now Transformation Management tool
- Serves as POC for all tool inquiries (super user)
- Conducts user training: distributes calendar invitations, uploads training materials to proper platforms, maintains and tracks training attendance
- Creates content to support education of new features, business rules, processes
- Run analysis on progress and impact
- Assist Manager in preparing materials for the Transformation Steering committee meetings
- Stays on top of data hygiene and chases where needed
- 5+ years of Power BI analysis
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel
- Strong data visualization and report creation
- Experience creating reports, presentations and high-level summaries of data
- Successful history conducting platform user trainings, including scheduling and tracking attendance, as well as creating original content to support new features
- FP&A or Financial analysis understanding
- Amplify Now tool experience or similar Transformation/Project Management Office tools
- Ability to communicate with role of all levels
- Previous experience in strategy, value creation or transformation team
- Pragmatic problem solver
