Payroll Specialist

Angela Krause Ford Lincoln of Alpharetta is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will process payroll for multiple dealerships and ensure accuracy for 200+ employees across our organization.

• Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for multiple dealership locations
• Review and validate all timekeeping data for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal payroll regulations
• Support employees with payroll questions and corrections
• Collaborate with HR and management teams on payroll-related need

• Payroll experience required (1+ year),
  automotive payroll experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems;
  Netchex experience preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Basic accounting background
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of payroll experience
• Familiarity with CDK Dealership Management System preferred
• Professional and positive demeanor
