Ideal candidates hold a degree in business or related fields, possess strong analytical skills, and have experience with tools like SQL, Excel, and BI software.

• Solution Design:
  Recommending solutions to enhance productivity and implementing, testing, and maintaining systems.
• Data Analysis:
  Analyzing data using tools like SQL and Excel to create dashboards, reports, and forecasts.
• Project Management:
  Supporting projects by defining scope, monitoring progress, and managing deliverables.
• Requirement Gathering:
  Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional/technical requirements.
• Process Analysis:
  Analyzing existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field; MBA is often preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Generally 2-5+ years in business analysis or a related field.
• Technical

  Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
