We’re seeking an Assistant Account Manager in the Mid‑South Specialties division whose responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day operational aspects of accounts and ensuring exceptional client service.
LOCATIONDuluth, Georgia – in‑office, Monday‑Friday.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Act as client advocate always.
- Maintain a positive relationship and excellent communication with client and co‑workers.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, mail, and email in a professional and courteous manner; strive to resolve all inquiries during first communication.
- Manage Certificate Requests.
- Follow up on Notices of Cancellation.
- Issue Auto .
- Process Policy Change Requests.
- Check mailbox daily.
- Perform Online Rating for Small Business.
- Follow up for Renewal Policy Issuance.
- Prepare Renewal Proposals.
- Manage Binders.
- Handle Invoicing.
- Conduct Process Audits.
- Post documents to EPIC Portal.
- Obtain Loss Runs.
- Create Loss Summary Tracking.
- Prepare Acord Applications.
- Seek insurance knowledge through training and education.
- High School / GED education required; college graduate preferred.
- P&C Insurance License or related work experience preferred; if not licensed, must obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, e.g., MS Office, Outlook.
- Excellent written, verbal, listening and organizational skills.
- Strong language, mathematical, analytical and reasoning ability.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Sense of urgency when responding to an inquiry.
- Capability to multi‑task and prioritize multiple projects.
- Attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Attends internal and external training classes and seminars.
- Maintains confidentiality of information.
Base pay determined by experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity and market data.
