Job Purpose

This position is essential for driving growth initiatives through data analysis, developing presentations, formulating project plans and schedules, and orchestrating multi‑team coordination to ensure effective support and implementation of existing business development projects. Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, identifying potential business enhancements, and presenting findings to aid in strategic planning efforts. Additionally, this role fosters collaboration and provides support to achieve growth objectives and ensure long‑term sustainability for the Business.

Key

Accountabilities
  • Process Analysis and Workflow Support
    • Support the evaluation and improvement of current business processes by documenting workflows, gathering data, and identifying areas of inefficiency or gaps.
    • Assist in developing and testing new process solutions under the guidance of management.
    • Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate process documentation, smooth implementation of improvements, and ongoing monitoring of process performance.
  • Project Planning and Scheduling
    • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules outlining tasks, milestones, and timelines for effective project execution.
    • Coordinate and communicate: collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and facilitate smooth project implementation.
    • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Presentation Development
    • Create clear and impactful presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Documentation and SOP Development
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports.
    • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in project execution.
Qualifications, Experience, And Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications including Project, Excel and PowerPoint, with especially strong skills in Project.
  • 5 years of applied experience
  • Comprehensive expertise in project management, result tracking, and the formulation of recovery plans and countermeasures.
  • Knowledge of Honda SED processes and Powersports and Power Equipment products.
  • Proven track record of effectively fostering collaboration and teamwork within internal and external teams.
  • Strong analytical, written/oral communication, and presentation skills.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily office environment.
  • Light travel may be required to other Honda locations.
