  • Support UAT planning and execution by preparing test scenarios, documenting results, tracking issues, and validating that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Analyze operational data, prepare status updates, and contribute to reporting that helps stakeholders understand process performance and issue trends.
  • Participate in backlog, sprint, release, and change-management activities by supporting documentation, stakeholder communication, training materials, and adoption readiness.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting, Operations, IT, Product, Compliance, Finance, Claims, and other business partners to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Follow established quality, compliance, confidentiality, and control standards when preparing documentation, reviewing deliverables, and escalating issues.
  • Perform other duties, responsibilities, assignments, and projects as required to support the evolving needs of the organization, department, team, customers, and business operations.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of business analysis, insurance operations, underwriting operations, process documentation, or related experience, preferably within commercial P&C, specialty insurance, or E&S lines.
  • Developing capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, UAT coordination, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, quality assurance, process improvement, change support, and ethical conduct.
  • Proficient in core business systems, Microsoft Office, and written communication, with ability to create accurate requirements documents, process documentation, status updates, and business communications.
  • Awareness of vendor management, industry best practices, gap analysis, backlog management, sprint support, release coordination, business intelligence, presentation/facilitation, onboarding, and continuous learning expectations.
  • Understanding of insurance operations fundamentals, underwriting workflows, policy lifecycle processes, regulatory/compliance considerations, and established operational standards.
