Distributor Experience Analyst

Avanos Medical seeks a Distributor Experience Analyst to optimize how distributors access, understand, and use our medical products and services. In this role, you will analyze distributor performance data, map end-to-end distributor journeys, and identify pain points that impact service levels, order accuracy, and product availability. You will design and monitor KPIs, collaborate with sales, supply chain, and customer service to improve processes, and support implementation of digital tools and portals.

The analyst will also document requirements, manage enhancements, and provide insights that support our mission to improve patient outcomes globally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze distributor performance, order patterns, and service metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Map and refine end-to-end distributor journeys to enhance usability and satisfaction
• Develop, track, and report KPIs and dashboards for distributor experience and operational performance
• Partner with sales, supply chain, customer service, and IT to streamline processes and resolve distributor pain points
• Gather and document business requirements for enhancements to distributor portals and tools
• Support testing and rollout of digital solutions, training materials, and process updates for distributors
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership on distributor strategy and performance
• Ensure alignment of distributor experience initiatives with regulatory and quality standards in healthcare
