We are seeking an Operations/Growth Manager in the South East US to support the operational performance and expansion of an organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
This role will oversee day-to-day operations, develop referral relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across assigned programs or locations.
- Monitor staffing, service capacity, performance metrics, and operational goals.
- Support compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and team performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with case managers, state agencies, healthcare providers, families, and community partners.
- Develop new referral sources and support census, admissions, and market growth.
- Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and community meetings.
- Support the launch of new programs, services, or locations.
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, referrals, growth activity, and key metrics.
- Experience in operations, business development, program management, or community relations.
- Background in IDD, behavioral health, healthcare, home care, or human services required.
- Understanding of IDD services, referral pathways, and state-funded programs.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and support business decisions.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with senior leadership.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
