Senior Lead Product Manager for Stand Out by ADP responsible for defining product vision and strategy for talent, engagement, and leadership solutions. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver GenAI-enabled features, prototype with AI-assisted tools, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Stand Out by ADP is hiring a Senior Lead Product Manager to lead the product strategy and delivery for a platform that helps leaders identify and activate team strengths. The role requires close collaboration with executives, product, UX, data science, and engineering to create transformative, scalable experiences for global customers.

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy focused on strengths-based leadership and employee engagement.
• Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders, customers, and implementation teams to inform product decisions and measure business outcomes.
• Build prototypes and collaborate with UX designers and engineering to refine features; participate in hands-on prototyping using AI-assisted development tools.
• Facilitate technical discussions, document decisions, and address scalability, data reliability, and observability concerns.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize work, and maintain alignment with business and technology priorities.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning with cross-functional partners to ensure readiness and clarity of scope; run Agile ceremonies and rituals.
• Create and monitor product KPIs, use data and analytics to prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  7+ years of client-facing product management experience, preferably in consumer, learning, development, marketplace, or Talent Management/HR tech.
• Experience designing and building GenAI-powered applications is preferred; experience managing global markets, translations, and localizations is valued.
• Demonstrated track record launching products from 0 to 1 and managing end-to-end product life cycles.
• Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern AI development and “vibe coding” tools; comfortable prototyping and building proofs of concept.
• Understanding of Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC) practices, responsible AI principles, experimentation, deployment, observability, and continuous improvement.

This role is on-site in Alpharetta, GA (hybrid/on-site schedule as specified) and is not eligible for remote work.
