NQDC Administration, AVP

• Work with existing and new NQDC clients to meet and exceed expectations for Morgan Stanley at Work’s NQDC offering
• Provide subject matter expertise on NQDC plans to branch office staff, service desks, WM Operations, Retirement Product and WM Technology
• Lead plan implementation through initial enrollment, working with the Implementation Specialist and external Client Administrator
• Support clients’ enrollment seasons, contributions, distributions, administrative needs and reporting requirements
• Support sales, implementation and service teams with onboarding and servicing new clients, including takeover plans
• Administer NQ deferred compensation programs from eligibility and enrollment through ongoing contributions and distributions
• Perform monthly and quarterly client audits and reconciliations
• Prepare and deliver annual funding analyses
• Monitor compliance with global regulatory, tax and securities requirements, including Section 409A
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HR, Treasury and Tax stakeholders
• Maintain annual and semi-annual event calendars and proactively prepare for required administrative activities
• Align service models across the book of business for scalability and value creation
• Respond to escalated client inquiries and document communications, issues and resolutions
• Engage senior management to support issue resolution when needed
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize service offerings
• Suggest improvements to NQDC products and platforms

• 5–7 years of relevant financial services industry or related experience, focused on Nonqualified Deferred Compensation product management, service management and/or NQDC plan operations
• Well-developed client relationship building and management skills
• Strong project management, process development and communication skills
• Extreme attention to detail and comfort with compliance language and processes
• Clear and confident communication and customer service orientation
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects and cross-functional groups simultaneously
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Power Point
• Strong ownership, accountability and entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to manage ambiguity and recommend solutions to tactical and strategic challenges

Demonstrates expertise in Nonqualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) plan management, including client onboarding, compliance monitoring, and financial analysis. Strong project management and communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and enhancing service offerings.
