Electrical Project Manager | Commercial Construction | Alpharetta, GA

Working with a nationally operating electrical contractor that is one of the fastest‑growing companies in the Atlanta market. The company specializes in commercial new construction and re‑modernization, with an impressive roster of national retail clients and a reputation for investing in its people. This high‑visibility PM role requires ownership of projects from hand‑off through close‑out.

$110,000 – $125,000 per year

• Lead project hand‑offs from pre‑construction through execution
• Build and manage schedules, budgets, submittals, and close‑out documentation
• Perform detailed take‑offs and manage scope change proposals
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and field activities across multiple locations
• Own the RFI process and client‑facing communication
• Travel up to 50% to project sites across the US

• 2+ years of electrical construction project management experience
• Field background in the electrical trade (Journeyman or Master’s license a plus)
• Experience with big‑box retail remodels or retrofits is a strong differentiator
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel
• Ability to travel nationally on short notice
• Valid driver’s license and clean background check

• $110,000 – $150,000 base + bonus potential
