Position Overview
Our Project Superintendents are the on‑site leaders, supervising construction to ensure projects are built safely, to the design, and on‑time.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate on‑site construction activities to meet safety, design, and schedule objectives.
Qualifications- Five (5) years of experience in multi‑tenant centers, large box retail, grocery, restaurant, and auto dealership construction.
- Current certifications: OSHA Competent Person, EPA Erosion Control, and First Aid CPR.
- Full‑Time / Part‑Time:
Full‑Time - Exempt / Non‑Exempt:
Non‑Exempt
