Job Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee up to 3 active projects simultaneously (with an initial ramp-up period)
• Lead preconstruction efforts, including budgeting and bid development
• Develop comprehensive project bids, including identifying and sourcing subcontractors, suppliers, and materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to finalize vendor pricing and proposals
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Travel to project sites approximately every other week
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Monitor schedules, costs, and risk mitigation strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using Excel and internal systems

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Mandatory experience with estimating and assembling bids
• Strong background in ground-up, big box retail projects
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of project budgeting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel regularly to job sites
• Self-starter with a high level of accountability and ownership
