We are currently seeking a full-time New Construction Project Manager in the Alpharetta, GA area.

• Oversee the entire construction process.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety and environmental regulations.
• Handle procurement of materials and services.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess the quality of work and ensure project specifications.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.

• 3–5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Experience in managing teams and working with contractors and sub-contractors.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations in construction.

Salary is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
