Traveling Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in large box retail and industrial storage facility construction, including interior build‑outs. This individual will lead all on‑site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires travel to project sites across the United States.

• Oversee all field operations from project start through close‑out.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on‑site personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance on all job sites.
• Conduct daily site walks and maintain detailed daily reports and documentation.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with local authorities.
• Manage site logistics, including deliveries, staging, and site organization.
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on track.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and communicate progress updates to project stakeholders.
• Drive project completion, including punch list and final close‑out.
