We're seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead our estimating and preconstruction team for commercial construction projects. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing estimating activities, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, collaborating with operations, and ensuring successful project planning from concept through handoff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead preconstruction and estimating operations
- Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Participate in client meetings, proposals, and presentations
- Collaborate with Operations for seamless project transitions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of Preconstruction, Estimating, or Project Management experience in commercial construction
- Experience with OnScreen Takeoff, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
