We are a full service general contractor in business for over 30 years and operating in 24 states! We develop long lasting relationships with our clients that has led to 90% repeat business. We offer both renovation and new construction. We have a ground up construction project breaking ground mid-Aug and will take 2-2.5yrs to complete.

What You Will Be Doing

Assist the PM in all of the following:

• Participate in the preconstruction process including budgeting, scheduling, bids, presentations, etc.
• Draft and/or review the content of the Owner Agreement for executive execution
• Day-to-day management of construction budget
• Direct, train, supervise, and manage all Project Engineering functions (RFIs, Submittals, Document Control, etc.)
• Examine Contract Documents for completeness, deficiencies, constructability, code compliance, etc.
• Manage all subcontract and purchase order agreements from award to close-out
• Design, manage, and update the project schedule working with other team members
• Manage a timely and comprehensive Owner Billings Process
• Manage subcontractors payment application process and content
• Analyze and evaluate IOCs from subcontractors and vendors

What You Need for this Position

3+ years of experience in a GC environment

Project Engineers looking to become APM are encouraged to apply

Experience in commercial/retail/or multifamily projects

Experienced with new construction

Procore proficient

Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is preferred
