Rycon Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent for our Atlanta office. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage safety, budgets, and schedule to deliver commercial projects up to $5 million+.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction supervisory experience and strong knowledge of trades, with a proven ability to read drawings and manage site safety and quality. We offer an ESOP structure and competitive compensation.
