- Active Georgia Class II,unrestricted,Conditioned Air Contractorlicense ,required.
- FiveplusyearsofcommercialHVACprojectmanagementexperience.
- Provenabilitytomanagebudgets,schedules,and subcontractors.
- Strongknowledgeofmechanicalsystems,plans,and specifications.
- Experienceleadingfieldteamsandcoordinatingwithgeneralcontractors.
- Excellentcommunicationandorganizationalskills.
- Proficiencywithprojectmanagementandschedulingsoftware.
- Valid driver'slicenseandcleandrivingrecord.
- WorkingknowledgeofOSHAsafetystandjobsitecompliance.
