We're seeking a Customer Service Representative who brings professionalism, accuracy, and a can-do attitude to our growing team. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you'll help us maintain our reputation for exceptional service and reliability in the competitive die-making and packaging industry.

- Act as the primary contact for customers via phone and email—with professionalism and urgency
- Process and enter customer orders and quotes accurately
- Communicate job specifications and timelines across departments (design, estimating, production, shipping)
- Proactively update customers about order status and resolve any concerns
- Support the Sales team by building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for upsell
- Ensure customer records, order history, and quotes are kept updated in our ERP system (Paladin)
- Additional duties as requested
- 2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing or print/packaging industry is a plus)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with ERP or POS systems preferred
- Clear and respectful communication—written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized with excellent time management
- A team-first attitude and a drive to do your best every day
- Sit, type, and interact with customers for long periods
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 lbs
- Frequent exposure to a loud, high-energy production facility
- Must follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
