We're seeking a Customer Service Representative who brings professionalism, accuracy, and a can-do attitude to our growing team. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you'll help us maintain our reputation for exceptional service and reliability in the competitive die-making and packaging industry.

What You'll Do
  • Act as the primary contact for customers via phone and email—with professionalism and urgency
  • Process and enter customer orders and quotes accurately
  • Communicate job specifications and timelines across departments (design, estimating, production, shipping)
  • Proactively update customers about order status and resolve any concerns
  • Support the Sales team by building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for upsell
  • Ensure customer records, order history, and quotes are kept updated in our ERP system (Paladin)
  • Additional duties as requested
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing or print/packaging industry is a plus)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Experience with ERP or POS systems preferred
  • Clear and respectful communication—written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized with excellent time management
  • A team-first attitude and a drive to do your best every day
  • Sit, type, and interact with customers for long periods
  • Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 lbs
  • Frequent exposure to a loud, high-energy production facility
  • Must follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
