Overview
- ADP is hiring an Associate Client Support Consultant

What you’ll do- You will serve as ADP’s front-line for solving clients’ challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, training users on ADP technology, and more. You carry ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.
- You will help clients who have between 1 and 49 employees; daily questions and solutions will vary, supported by top-ranked training.
- Work in a metrics-driven call center environment with professional communication over the phone and in writing to achieve client satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to a structured day and manage a high volume of inbound calls, with potential peak-season time increases.
- Client Support
:
Help clients manage their business using our solutions, troubleshoot payroll issues, and collaborate with multiple business units to deliver a seamless client experience. - Learn
:
Continually upgrade knowledge on payroll, compliance, procedures, products, and desktop support tools. - Organize
:
Maintain a daily schedule and manage a high volume of calls, with higher phone time during peak seasons.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
- Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
- A college degree is helpful but not required; other relevant experiences may include military service.
- Experience in customer service or related roles; preferred qualifications include client relationship skills, learning agility, and knowledge of HR/Payroll software and related concepts.
- Proven ability to produce positive results and up to one year of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience in a systems-related organization.
- Strong client relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a team and independently, with strong organizational skills and time management.
- Proficiency in web technologies and familiarity with various operating systems.
- Ethical standards and the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.
