amazing opportunity for recent college grads w/ 4-year degree customer service call center experts needed for fortune 500 auto finance company in alpharetta (near the avalon)
this is a great temp to hire opportunity - training starts aug 5th. Pay - $21/hr must have a ba’s degree in any field and a minimum of 2 yrs call center experience. You will be handling all incoming customer account call inquiries including:
- taking payments
- scheduling payment arrangements
- bringing past due accounts current
- issues concerning account
- updating information on account
training: 2‑3 weeks, 8 am‑5 pm, monday‑friday. After training: 3 days a week from either 8 am‑5 pm or 9 am‑6 pm and the remaining 2 days from 11 am‑8 pm. 2 saturdays a month from 8 am‑12 pm (overtime).

must be able to pass customers background screening. Salary: $19.5‑$21 per hour.
