amazing opportunity for recent college grads with a 4 yr degree. Customer service call center experts needed for a fortune 500 auto finance company in alpharetta (near the avalon). Great temp to hire opportunity. Training starts august 5th. Pay is $21 per hour. Must have a bachelor's degree in any field and a minimum of 2 years of call center experience.

• scheduling payment arrangements
• bringing past due accounts current
• resolving account issues
• updating information on account
• handling incoming and follow‑up calls to established customers

training is 2–3 weeks, monday–friday, 8 am to 5 pm. After training, work 3 days per week (either 8 am‑5 pm or 9 am‑6 pm) and the remaining 2 days from 11 am‑8 pm. Two saturdays per month are 8 am‑12 pm (overtime). Typical time to permanent position is 10–12 months.

base pay: $19.50 – $21.00 per hour.

Shift: first.
