The Customer Service team is at the heart of every great customer experience. The role involves assisting customers over the phone, live chat, and email to provide knowledgeable guidance, answer questions, solve problems, and help customers find the products that best fit their needs.

• Experience playing ice/roller hockey or roller derby, or experiential knowledge of sport‑specific products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and the capacity to use available resources to locate answers.
• Comprehensive understanding of current company policies, procedures, products and services.
• Flexibility during busy times, including willingness to help teammates.
• Ability to multi‑task and remain composed under pressure.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.

This role functions within a professional and collaborative office setting, regularly utilizing computers, tablets, phones, and racquet stringing machines.

• Primarily sit for extended periods; occasional standing and walking.
• Regular use of hands, wrists, fingers, and arms to operate technology.
• Ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds, with heavier lifting infrequent.
• Occasional stooping, bending, reaching, kneeling, or climbing as needed.
• Work in an office environment with moderate noise levels.
