TRC Talent Solutions is hiring a Customer Service representative for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading financial services organization. This position offers the opportunity to build a long-term career while gaining exposure to multiple areas of the business, including Customer Service, Collections, Recovery Support, and Dealer Services.

Location:
Alpharetta, GA | Fully On-SitePay: $20.00/hr. for non-bilingual | $21.50/hr. for bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday | Open availability required between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Occasional Saturday shifts required based on business needs
What You’ll Be Doing
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution
Accurately document customer interactions and update account information
Navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with customers
Utilize dual monitors and various internal applications to manage customer accounts
Meet department performance, quality, and productivity goals
Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information
Provide professional and positive customer experiences on every interaction
Adapt to changing business needs and support various departments through cross-training opportunities
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Strong customer service experience required
Open to candidates from retail, hospitality, restaurant, banking, healthcare, call center, and other customer-facing industries
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems
Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and entering information
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Flexibility to work rotating schedules as needed
