Description
This role is part of the Customer Service team, responsible for assisting customers via phone, live chat, and email. The position focuses on providing knowledgeable guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
Position Details- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Hiring Range: $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Late afternoon Monday–Friday;
Saturday shift required - Hours: Part-Time (minimum 20 hours/week, maximum 28 hours/week)
- Location: Alpharetta, Georgia;
On-site (No remote or hybrid option)
