Leading automotive company in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a driven, people-focused Early Customer Account Representative to join their call center team. If you communicate with confidence, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in turning tough conversations into wins, this is your team. This is a 100% onsite position — no remote opportunities.
Pay Rate of the Early Customer Account Representative:
- $19.50 per hour — no bachelor's degree
- $20.00 per hour — bilingual, no bachelor's degree
- $21.00 per hour — bachelor's degree
- $21.50 per hour — bachelor's degree and bilingual
Schedule of the Early Customer Account Representative:
Availability to work both 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM is required, with potential overtime.
Responsibilities of the Early Customer Account Representative:
- Make outbound calls and field inbound calls from customers with accounts 5–29 days past due, handling 200+ calls daily.
- Assist customers in bringing their accounts current through clear, professional conversation.
- Identify the root cause of customer delinquency and use negotiation skills to generate effective solutions for both the customer and AHFC.
- Educate customers on their options and next steps.
- Work comfortably at a desk and on the phone for full 8-hour shifts, with potential overtime.
- Actively contribute to center objectives tied to delinquency management.
- Maintain an enthusiastic, positive attitude throughout every customer interaction.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications of the Early Customer Account Representative:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and be easily understood.
- Strong phone skills and comfort in a high-volume call center environment.
- Multitasking ability — you can talk and type at the same time.
- A customer service orientation focused on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Self-starter attitude with initiative and ownership of your work.
- Self-awareness, plus openness to feedback and adaptability to process changes.
- Willingness to learn and stay current on relevant information.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
- A 4-year college degree (preferred).
