We are looking to hire professional call center representatives for a 4 week assignment in Alpharetta!

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through inbound and outbound communications, including phone, email, chat, and text. All of these actions are completed using a computer system with various software applications with multiple monitors.
• Schedule inspections
  , answer questions, and resolve issues.
• Provide accurate, timely information regarding inspection dates, technician arrivals, reports, and other service-related questions.
• Document customer interactions by maintaining clear and detailed records of inquiries, actions taken, and resolutions.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to help identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement in service.
