Customer Service Representative

Description:

Support the company's mission of providing financing and service excellence for Automobile and Powersports products by delivering high-quality customer interactions and operational support. This includes handling inbound and outbound calls, managing account information, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

+ Operate the company's phone system to handle incoming and outgoing calls in a call center environment.

+ Assist customers and/or dealers with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution using available resources and systems.

+ Provide accurate information and clearly explain processes or procedures.

+ Maintain professionalism, positive attitude, and adaptability to change.

+ Ensure compliance with company policies, federal and state laws, and protect customer privacy and financial information.

+ Perform accurate data entry and document management (uploading, sorting, forwarding for notarization).

+ Contribute to department goals by meeting qualitative and quantitative objectives.

+ Demonstrate strong multitasking skills (ability to talk and type simultaneously).

+ Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems effectively.

+ Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.

Qualifications:

1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience

Must currently hold a Bachelor's Degree or currently enrolled to attain Bachelor's Degree

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alpharetta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
