Role Description The Client Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Alpharetta, GA. This position is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for clients, managing incoming calls and emails, scheduling consult, signing, and funding appointments, while ensuring timely follow-up on client inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining client records, coordinating with attorneys and staff to support case progression, preparing basic client communications and documentation, and assisting with billing inquiries or payment processing.
The role also involves greeting clients, managing reception responsibilities, and helping streamline office processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. The Client Services Associate works closely with the legal team to support a smooth, professional, and organized client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong oral and written customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and client satisfaction.
- Experience in customer support and managing client inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Basic understanding of Finance, including comfort with discussing fees, billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common office software and the ability to learn legal practice management systems.
- Prior experience in a law firm, professional services, or client-facing office environment required.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
