  Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design
• 5-12 years of experience across all phases of interior design projects
• Skills & Expertise:
  Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
• Experience in commercial, public sector, and sustainable design projects
• Strong technical knowledge in detailing, codes, and documentation
• LEED and NCIDQ certification are a plus

• Lead interior design projects from initial concept through to completion
• Collaborate with clients to create design solutions that are both functional and inspiring
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with a focus on quality
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment
