Overview
POH+W Architects is seeking Project Managers with experience managing all aspects of architectural projects. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate project teams.
Responsibilities- Project Managers are responsible for coordinating all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
- Responsibilities include serving as the primary client liaison; managing budgets, schedules, and scope; overseeing project communications and documentation; assigning project team roles; estimating fees; defining scope of work; and preparing proposals and contracts.
- Revit experience is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited architecture school is required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
