Wastewater Class 3 Trainer

Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Wastewater Class 3 Trainer to join our team in Georgia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs for wastewater treatment professionals, ensuring they meet the standards required for Class 3 certification. The trainer will implement training materials, conduct classes, and provide hands-on instruction to help participants understand and excel in wastewater management.

• Training Delivery: Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions on wastewater treatment processes, safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer tests and assessments to evaluate trainees  knowledge and skills. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure training programs comply with Georgia state regulations and industry standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on advancements in wastewater treatment technology and methods. Incorporate new knowledge into training programs.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant performance. Prepare reports as required.
• Support: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees, answering questions, and offering guidance as needed.

• Certification: Must hold a valid Georgia Wastewater Treatment Operator Class 3 license.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wastewater treatment operations, with experience in training or teaching preferred.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of wastewater treatment processes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in the use of training aids, multimedia tools, and relevant software.
