Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the lead teacher in daily activities and educational programs that promote holistic development.
  • Supervise and engage with children during playtime, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Support the observation and documentation of children's progress and development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and effective teaching team.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong commitment to early childhood education principles.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated stability in past job roles.
  • Ability to commute reliably to the job location.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an early childhood education setting is beneficial.
  • Education or training in early childhood development or a related field is advantageous.
