Immediate need for a talented Instructional Designer II. This is a 08 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Alpharetta GA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $28 - $29.69/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM EST
• The Instructional Designer () is responsible for working with Project Managers (PM) to successfully develop training programs for Client customer service representatives globally across all business units.
• Standard ISD processes, such as the ADDIE learning model, are used to design and develop custom business process and systems training programs including instructor-led and e-learning courses.
• The  responsible for working with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Information Mapping tools to assess information, determine impacts and identify skills gaps.
• The  also responsible for learning and testing proprietary systems and software to identify training needs, determine scope and create interactive learning tools. 2-4 yrs experience required.

Experience:

• Key Skills;
  Knowledge of Instructional Design theory and experience putting Instructional Design theory into practice;
  Articulate Storyline and Rise 360;
  Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Teams
• Camtasia
• What Fix
• Microsoft Copilot
• Call Simulator
