As the Lead Coding/STEM Instructor, you'll be at the forefront of guiding young minds through exciting coding and STEM projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment while mentoring students to achieve their goals. This is your chance to combine your technical expertise with your passion for teaching and innovation.

• Lead and facilitate coding and STEM activities using Code Ninjas’ curriculum.
• Mentor and inspire students to think creatively, solve problems, and build confidence in their abilities.
• Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for all students.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a fun, safe, and organized workspace.
• Communicate with parents regularly.

• At least 1 year of experience in coding, STEM education, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of coding concepts and STEM disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with kids and parents.
• A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
• Ability to create an engaging and supportive environment where students feel valued.
