The Graduate Resident Youth Minister program at Center for Youth Ministry Training offers a unique pathway to serve as a youth minister while pursuing a Masters of Arts in Youth Ministry through Austin Theological Seminary. Residents work in a local church or camping ministry 25 hours per week and receive coaching and theological training in retreat-style sessions.
Participants receive a full scholarship for tuition, books, and housing, earn a Master’s degree, and gain hands-on ministry
