- Coordinate and track project progress across technical laboratory services, including EMC and Electrical Safety testing.
- Maintain project schedules, monitor milestones, and proactively identify risks or delays.
- Prepare and share project status updates with managers, technical leads, and clients.
- Open, update, and close projects in internal systems (e.g., PSE) ensuring data accuracy.
- Support project setup, documentation collection, and timely invoicing activities.
- Facilitate communication among engineering teams, technical leads, and customers to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Assist with resource coordination and scheduling assignments based on team availability and management direction.
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management within a technical, engineering, or laboratory environment
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering Management, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear and professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook) and project-tracking tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating in a support-based role that ensures smooth project execution.

- The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $80,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
- This role is based in a standard office and laboratory administrative environment.
- Travel requirements are minimal; occasional on-site coordination may be requested.
