Join a dynamic Artificial Intelligence and Data team as a Senior Consultant in Physical AI Engineering & Strategy. In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to design and deliver advanced robotics and AI solutions. You’ll be hands‑on in building demos, developing digital twins, and programming robotics systems—driving innovation in one of EY’s emerging AI labs. This position is a long‑term opportunity with the chance to influence how Physical AI is leveraged across industries.

• Develop and implement scalable demos that integrate hardware and software for Physical AI applications.
• Showcase innovations client hosted events, such as technology showcases and summits.
• Conduct analytics and monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and advancement.
• Utilize expertise in the NVIDIA ecosystem to design and execute robotics and AI solutions.
• Lead robotics development in areas including kinematics, perception, and decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in Robotics, Digital Twin, or Computer Vision/Deep Learning/Reinforcement Learning.
• Strong programming skills (Python, C++, or Java) with hands‑on experience in robotics frameworks (e.g., ROS) and simulation environments (e.g., Isaac Sim).
• Expertise with the NVIDIA ecosystem and proficiency with NVIDIA Omniverse.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch) and data analysis libraries (Pandas, Num Py).
• Experience programming Unitree robot dogs and humanoids (critical requirement).
• Solid knowledge of robotic systems including kinematics, dynamics, and sensor integration (LIDAR, cameras).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $140 to $160/hour
