Senior Automation Engineer NIGHT shift

Overview

The hiring manager is open to a contractor who can work nights: 7 PM 49F 7 AM, 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off. There will be a shutdown period during Christmas where the contractor wouldn't be expected to work, typically ad hoc, usually 3 weeks. During onboarding, the first 6 weeks, the candidate would start at the STD rate.

Compensation: 4-5 years experience: STD = $65;
Nights = $86.45

• experience with having worked on shift and open to 12 hour shift; PLC/ Robotics/ Automation systems. Life Sciences Manufacturing experience.

Note:

HM is looking for automation experience. The profiles previously received were heavier on validation vs automation. Life Science Manufacturing experience is mandatory.

• Design, configure, and maintain PLCs, SCADA, Delta
  
  V system.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing control systems.
• Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze system performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Utilize best practices, standards and procedures related to automation systems maintenance.
• Handle Change Control related processes and technical documentation, including design specification, user manuals, and operational procedures in.
• Participate in project management and project coordination.
• Support interfaces between Data Historians, Control Systems, MES
• Maintain and update knowledge articles and databases to help troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively
