We are working with a well-established engineering consulting firm seeking a BIM Specialist to support the digital delivery of design projects across multiple offices. This role will focus on project setup, software support, training, and maintaining BIM standards across teams.
Responsibilities:- Set up and update design projects, including creating MEP/FP Autodesk Revit models
- Ensure projects align with client standards and internal workflows
- Provide software support by troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions
- Train team members on best practices and company standards
- Maintain content libraries and standards
- Experience with Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of design workflows and terminology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Experience in the AEC industry OR degree/certificate in CAD, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Autodesk cloud tools (Forma)
- Strong Revit knowledge including families, parameters, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu, Navisworks, and Newforma
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
- During onboarding, expect to be in office full-time for training
