This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional looking to build a strong foundation in HVAC project delivery in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation control.

  • Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to identify potential issues, discrepancies, or value engineering opportunities.
  • Help coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Participate in project meetings, job site visits, and coordination efforts to support installation and commissioning activities.
  • Maintain accurate project records, as-builts, O&M manuals, and closeout documentation.
  • Support quantity takeoffs, material procurement, and fabrication coordination for HVAC systems.
  • Utilize BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.) as needed to support modeling, clash detection, and shop drawing production.
  • Provide general field and office support to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Actively learn commercial HVAC systems, project management best practices, and company processes.
Supervisory Responsibilities

None (this is an individual contributor role with opportunities to support and mentor interns or junior team members over time).

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience:

1–4 years of experience in construction project engineering, HVAC design, BIM coordination, or mechanical systems (internships and co‑op experience count).
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred;

  • Physical Demands:
Mix of office and field work; ability to walk active construction sites, climb ladders occasionally, and lift light materials (up to 25 lbs).
  • Work Environment / Safety:
