* What You Will Do:

*
* + Perform in-process and final inspections of custom switch gear and standard controls assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

+ Support quality activities related to the launch of new projects, including first of kind inspections, process validations, and documentation reviews.

+ Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions by cataloging into a computer system

+ Support internal standard audits and ISO
9001 compliance efforts.

+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly and launch areas.

** What

You Will Have:

*
* + Experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in electrical or mechanical assembly.

+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Ability to stand for prolonged periods

+ Ability to perform repetitive operations

+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

+ Ability to follow standard work

+ Good communication skills

+ Basic computer skills

** What Will Put You Ahead:*
* +

Experience with switch gear or electrical equipment assembly.

+ Exposure to new product introduction (NPI) or project launch environments.

+ Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, multimeters, etc.).

** Shift:*
* + Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM with opportunity for overtime
