Job Overview
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Salary: $ USD Annually - $ USD Annually
Compensation: 145k to 165k
Worksite: Onsite NOT Remote
Relocation: Reasonable relocation assistance available for the right candidate
Must have: BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Project, Systems) required
Must have: 5+ years of experience as a design engineer
Must have: 2+ years as a technical project manager
Must have: Experience leading engineering projects in the Medical Device or Aerospace etc industry
Must be: A US Citizen or Green Card Holder
ResponsibilitiesUtilizing a combination of embedded systems, AI-enabled analytics, and real-time data processing on a variety of projects.
Lead cross-functional development efforts involving hardware, firmware, software, and systems engineering teams.
Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Develop technical proposals (SOWs, Project Plans, etc).
Oversee schedule & budget items.
Identify and mitigate risks and maintain a risk management plan.
Partner with export controls / Compliance POC to address issues.
Qualifications- BS, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Project, Systems) required
- 5+ years of experience as a design engineer
- 2+ years as a technical project manager
- Experience leading engineering projects in the Medical Device or Aerospace etc industry
- Strong/Developing understanding of AI systems, computer vision, image processing, neural networks
- Strong understanding embedded software, hardware acceleration, etc projects
- MS Project, Jira experience
